I want to start by saying i do not, nor will i ever, consider myself an "expert" in the health, fitness, and nutrition field. A recent post on the forums inspired me to offer my knowledge and experience in an attempt to help answer any questions or misconceptions anyone here may have in regards to ones health, fitness, and nutrition.
As I've mentioned in my introductory post, I worked in the fitness industry for close to 10 years. I have been exercising and experimenting with "diets" for the past 5+ years. During that time, I've worked for big box gyms, small studios, one-on-one in home training, and also owned my own bootcamp for a few years which focused on high intensity interval training as well as one-on-one training.
I've since changed directions and dove into the Real Estate industry. Similar to RE in that all markets are different, an individuals diet and eating habits are relative, as well. With that said, I hope to answer any questions you may have based on my previous experience of helping over 200 individuals with their fitness goals. Keep in mind that what works for some doesn't necessarily work for others. I'll try my best to answer your questions without having done a proper assessment.
