I used to sleep 3 hours a dayJust a general question.
If you guys have any tips like if alternating between 4,5 hours can be better than 4 hours straight everyday. Or maybe eating/drinking something to keep yourself awake.
I might have to sleep this much only, so any advice will be helpfull.
Trust me that 3 hrs cost me 8 hrs of lack of energy , tiredness , no able focus and literally sleeping while you wake up
