HEALTHI’m finding “rucking” ability is more conditioning than exactly strength. Carrying my 35lb daughter and supplies on my back in a hiking pack… 1st mile hike kicked my butt… next hike tho, I was able to hike 2.5 miles up a mountain… then did a big hike 5 miles!
