Thank you again for your feedback. It has been very helpful.
I wanted to let you know that I have decided to go with Option B. Currently, there is only one location generating over $100,000 in monthly revenue with fewer than 50 seats. The depth of value creation is very high, and it is extremely difficult to replicate. Additionally, it currently operates with a maximum of 10 hours of work per week and still has a lot of potential for optimization. The goal is to launch two more locations by 2025 and then perhaps move into franchising: I have been able to see over 500 businesses in my previous job (KFC, McDonald's, etc., and many local players), but I have never seen such a good and high-quality product for the mass market.
