Right now I have a million things going on in my life, so I have been doing some research on life coaching. Is anyone using or have used life coaching in the past? If so, where did you find your coach? Did you find a coach that could meet in person, or was it a virtual coach via skype, etc? What was your overall experience, and do you have any recommendations on the topic?
