    That's interesting. Thanks for sharing. What specifically are you selling? What are your demographics? Location?

    Also, when you mentioned about hiring an agency, it's good that they still made a progress unfortunately they weren't able to provide what was promised. Facebook algorithms has changed and focuses solely on paid ads. The higher you invest, the better.

    Knowing what I know now, I'd suggest you build an email list and try to focus on 1 specific avatar or ideal customer profile... Study that person, find out all their pain points, fears, frustrations & desires.

    (2 of 2) Then only promote CB products, YouTube content, blog posts etc that will help that person. Become the trusted authority those people can email and ask for advice and get answers even if you don't always profit from the help. Only promote offers to that avatar. That way if FB bans you, you'll still have your valuable list of potential clients.

    I've pitched a seller a really great deal for investors and for himself, and another person that is looking for a solution to her real estate problem. I hope to have them closed this week, especially the first person. If we succeed at getting him signed and his property sold, I'll be focusing on that very niche market. I'll post again when I have news. Peace ✌ ️

    Both sellers are interested, but it's the execution that's an issue.

    Trying to JV with someone that's done something called the Morby Method before.

    So far, so good.

    Got some leads from propstream that I skip-traced that ended up being shit data.

    Need to find a much better source for leads.

    The guy that I was gonna joint venture with stopped replying.

    Found a new lead source, but I need like 9 No's to get 1 yes.

    Also once a lead says yes, I lose them along the way when trying to get them sign a contract. Gotta find a solution to this... Maybe booked call and close them on the phone ?
