Rob, Just been reading your story and have seen you in YIP. I'm just reigniting my property portfolio in Adelaide and looking for people to bounce ideas off. There are plenty of those people around but they all seem to want to be paid for every peice of advice. You mentioned in your story about an Adelaide based investors group. Do you have any more details on that?
