I have spent most of my career as a product development consultant, designing over 50 products and 70 services for more than 50 clients including Texas Instruments, Apple, and dozens of other large and smaller companies. My products have generated more than $3.2 billion in sales and saved more than $8.1 billion in operating costs.
I accidentally created several productocracies. I was a co-inventor of Wi-Fi hotspots, we grew to 275 employees and installed WiFi in more than 6,000 hotels, 3,000 Starbucks and hundreds of other locations.
I also helped create a business that grew to $300 million in revenues in less than 4 years.
The other major success was inventing a gas flow meter to measure natural gas flowing down large natural gas pipelines. Within 6 weeks of coming up with the idea, we landed our first order for 75,000 units for a total of $375 million.
I've helped more than 6,000 people start businesses in both online product businesses and online marketing agencies.
I'm blessed with 5 of my own kids and 3 step kids along with 16 grandkids.
