    Are you planning to file a PPA in the USA? You can do this online for about $65 US. It doesn't matter which country you reside in, anyone in the world can file a PPA or Utility patent in the USA.

    When you say "patent finalized" do you mean to say you have officially submitted it to USPTO, or CIPO, and have a "filing date" registered? If the answer is yes, you may now claim your invention; Patent Pending,and reveal it to manufacturers, prototype makers, etc. Good Luck!
