I am a retired Navy wife, mother of 3, baker, blogger, recipe developer and ice cream maker. I have worked in the food industry for 10 years now, and have dreamed of opening a restaurant/bakery since Jr. High. Over the past year, little signs have been pushing me toward realizing my dream so I have decided to open a bakeshop here in Missoula with a Treats Trike that will be our mobile bakeshop during late Spring, Summer and early Fall. I've never owned a business out of my own kitchen, so this is a scary, BIG leap for me. I need business guidance and a strong support system. I am so glad to be here.
