Ali worked as sale representative in a cosmetic shop when he was pursuing his Bachelor in Business Administration. He then, joined a couple of goods’ inspection companies in which he worked as customer support and quality assurance manager for 3 years, parallel to completing his Master in Business Administration. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Managing Information Systems at University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business.

Ali (Known as “Gric” by some friends) had the opportunity to play World of Warcraft for five years in which he leaded a team of 15 players in one of the top-level guilds. He learned many of his teamwork and leading skills from his experience in interacting with global and culturally diverse gamers.

Currently he is working on a start-up(s) in online education and business analytics on his free times, parallel to completing his Ph.D. degree.
