Currently I invest in homes where I live in Milwaukee, wi (single fam, duplex). Renovate and rent or sell. I will soon be moving to los angeles area to do more of this type of work ( with a larger magnitude but still a small scale). I was inspired by MJ and want to start a website that will help link customers and service providers because my real estate dealings are very hard to scale (not to mention small margins thus far for tons of work). I'm hoping to be able to impact people on a much larger scale with a web business.
