I currently own a home service cleaning company. Right now I am focusing on putting systems into place to eliminate my involvement as much as possible. I also just started an agency that manages paid advertising for other home service businesses. In the next 2 years, as I grow my cleaning company and agency and eventually reduce my involvement to where I can begin on another project, I want to take my personal experience in this industry and develop a CRM software for local service businesses as I see a lot of service gaps with the current selection of softwares for systemizing my business.
