One of my top business successes was being one of six people who started a tele-sales and tele-coaching company. (Boot strapped) We started at $0 and grew to $100 million in 5 years. I was responsible for IT computer systems. phone systems, negotiations for buildings and all vendors and managed $2M dollars worth of leads every week for six years. We measured success by dollar per lead (DPL), so the 30 sales managers and I worked to measure and manage the right things to get the proper behaviors.
