I read MJ's book and thought it was great, very inspiring. I agree with most all of the book and have been practicing these theories for years. I drove a school bus to Costa Rica from California to start Witch's Rock Surf Camp in 2001 with $20,000 in savings. Today we are a multi-million dollar operation with 120 employees providing our customers with amazing experiences at our surf camp: 2 hotels, restaurants, bars, our surf school, tour program, surf shop and microbrewery Volcano Brewing Company. While I do enjoy as much free time as I'd like (delegation and trust are key!), I'm looking for the "next adventure". I want something with much bigger scale, and I know I can use my Witch's Rock brand to get me there. I know I can provide value to other members of this forum, and I am sure I will find value by simply joining. I'm looking at the big picture and it looks awesome.
