MINDSETRight so if its all about looks it sounds like what your real goal is to look and be strong/athletic/muscular right? Visible abs and muscular appearance would achievable with far greater % of bf than 6 and would largely be a by product of a solid strength and fitness training program pursued...- jon11

MINDSETSure, but I believe this fails the SMART criteria for goals in the particular fields of being achievable and relevant. Perhaps you should expand a little on your broader reasoning for wanting to be 6% bf otherwise it seems arbitrary?- jon11
