    I acquired customers through sellers referral. Not from buyers. Sellers. I do insurance and investment sales and advisory and I work with boomers who are retiring. They pass some of the clients to me.

    Word of mouth usually refers to having good experience or good reviews. Strong brand recognition is another factor. If I am clueless about an industry I will choose the one of the best brand for assurance. This is a big brand name..they cannot scam me..but not always true.
