I am excited to be apart of this community. I was referred to it by a friend. My first question involves selling promissory notes. One of my companies has been enlisted to help raise working capital for a local company. The promissory note is $25,000.00 per note with 25% annual interest return on the money. The term is for 15 months. Does anyone know a broker than can assist in finding purchasers for these notes? We are selling 12 of them for a total of $300,000.00. The notes are secured via equipment & insurance receivables from the business. Where can I go to find these brokers? We are paying finders fees to get these notes sold. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
