About me:
Books=life. Without works, then books are meaningless. Without people, works are meaningless.

Background/work:
I've been in strap good manufacturing since I was 5 yrs old and taking buckles out of bags for the manufacturing guys :)
Focus: Synthetic harness for horses.
Side focus (more work for employees, stable work base) is synthetic belts, which it seems are a big hit, while making only a little bit of paperwork on the office level and lots of work at the laborer levels.

Goals?
Family, health, spiritual, and a business legacy.
Community-wide improvements by teaching leadership and starfish organizational values. I see a huge lack of leadership in my local community that needs addressing.

Notes:
I've noticed that if I don't push someone to make a change (community/business/etc..) that it probably won't get done. So I find myself more and more reaching out and giving people a "nudge" to do something. A people-nudger, if you will :)
