    well, Arnold Schwarzenegger is smoking stogies since many years and he is still fine. I guess it depends :) I might smoke 1-3 cigars per year, on a special occasion. I don't inhale, just pop the smoke slowly. I like the smell of them.

    thank you @Gypsy Soul @Cameraman @SSimz this is really helpful. One of the sources of inspiration for me, was how bad and lame Deloitte or Accenture people can get- and they charge a sh*tload of money for that. I can do better :)
