Having lived in three different countries and coming form a comfortable middle class background, I always imagined my life would be very different from the way it has turned out.
My background is in HR Management, but since being made redundant during the GFC I have had a few odd jobs and have really lost my self confidence. Along the way I've made some bad decisions, been divorced, lost money on a silly property investment and been out of work for long periods so my finances are not great at all.
However, I am committed to creating a great life for myself and my son, and I know that working a job isn't going to get me there no matter how 'good' that job is.
Just finished reading MJ's book and was inspired to join up here to learn from others and get started on my journey.
