I run a business consulting practice that focuses on financial performance (aggressively improving your business) not just accounting for it. I focus and have a passion for supporting all things small business, startups, growing them, middle market and everything in between. I believe that small business and its innovation are the absolute keys to the success of our country.

I am a career CFO who has been in the trenches of startups and growing companies as large as $100 million for over 20 years. I am humble but without bragging, have a masters in strategic management from the University of Chicago and I have significant experience in the nuts and bolts of financial management, operations, marketing, sales and even technology management from the CFO's chair. I am now starting my journey for my Ph.D. in entrepreneurship (why? I love learning and that's my favorite topic for real) and that's how passionate I am about small business management.
