What drives me as an entrepreneur is the opportunity to create something from nothing and being able to build that into a system that can generate revenue on its own.
I taught myself how to code after years of outsourcing hell...
I was involved with my first startup in 2008 and really got smacked in the face by how naïve I was about the startup world and how different it was from the previous business that I owned for 12 years, which was a boutique mortgage banking operation.
That being said, I loved the energy, challenge and the huge learning curve that came with it. The startup life is definitely an emotional rollercoaster, but borrowing a phrase from MJ "I’d rather live in regret of failure than in regret of never trying."
Other than my startup I enjoy exercise, hockey, skiing, golf, reading, spending time w my wife and kids
