Constructive criticism: Become an INSIDERS, do some heavy reading of the posts here (Gold ones), read the book, start building something, and then try recruiting people for a mastermind.
Only having 1 post before you solicit people for a mastermind doesn't say much except that you're looking to be spoon fed.
