    One of my favorite progress threads of the year. Great progress man! I'll echo what @LightHouse said. 160 is going to be quite slim at that height. I'm 6' and felt like a bean pole when I was 165. I personally feel best at a relatively lean 190 or so.

    This. I spent the last two months or so of 2017 travelling around in the southwest. Early 2018 was back in the northeast. No matter how much vitamin d, lifting, and outside time I get up here - it doesn't seem to even come close to what the desert sun did for my mood.
