Sleeve business slowed down and biggest reason in my opinion is due to the weather. I knew since i started at my job the work gloves they provide aren’t the best especially after it rains and they get all wet. Because of this i sourced my own gloves through Alibaba again and bought 20 pairs of gloves and already sold out in 2 days. The value skew’s that these new gloves had were that it had cotton lining inside keeping the hands warm (especially for the eary morning truck drivers), had better and thicker fabric and had better grip. learning more and more as i go
