I have three niches that I'm going to decide from.
I want to find out what each niche's biggest problem is.
Then choose the most painful one to solve.
My plan is to have a conversation with 30 people from each niche and answer these questions from those convos:
Today I was talking to someone from one of the niches and I noticed I had no methodology to get the information I wanted.
I literally asked the guy "What do you think is right or wrong about how SWE job seekers are looking to get hired"
"...what?" was his response.
How can I learn to phrase questions in a way that will get me the information I want with me coming off as a crazy person?
Tomorrow I have two in real life conversations.

My plan is to have a conversation with 30 people from each niche and answer these questions from those convos:
1. What keeps them awake at night, indigestion boiling up their oesophagus, eyes open, staring at the ceiling?
2. What are they afraid of?
3. What are they angry about? Who are they angry at?
4. What are their top 3 daily frustrations?
5. What trends are occurring and will occur in their business or lives?
6. What do they secretly, ardently desire the most?
7. Is there a built-in bias to the way they make decisions? (example: engineers = exceptionally analytical)
8. Do they have their own language?
9. Who else is selling something similar to them, and how?
10. Who else has tried selling them something similar and how has the effort failed?
