Update: Today was my first day of production!
37 packages made today, I aim to make 100 before Saturday.
A few small mistakes caused me to be late: a private popcorn machine that doesn't keep up, an oil spray that doesn't work, a grain filter that's useless... In short, beginner's mistakes corrected in a few days (god bless Amazon Prime and its fast delivery).
With the equipment I currently have, I think I can make 50 packages a day and increase to 80 by buying better equipment (to be seen).
This Saturday I'm starting a Christmas market marathon in the villages around my home!
It will be 4 weekends in a row, 9 small local markets, the goal: to make myself known and make 250 sales.
My stand is ready: tastings, raffle, launch promotions.
I hope to stand out from the other merchants and have good visibility.
I will give you feedback on the first two markets this Sunday evening

I have been working on this project for 6 months now, this first production is a small success for me.
I have struggled in recent months with procedures, food and packaging standards, dozens of recipe tests... It feels great to finally see the first packages being made!
This weekend I will have a first real feedback on my product, customers will be able to validate or not my offer.
This will be decisive for my project because in entrepreneurship we are only allowed one launch!
If the rest goes badly, at least I will have no regrets, I tried.
I could only come out of it better.
