The more I venture deeper into the game of business the more I see its not a game of wits but a game of how observant you are

Here are the basic principles

1. What do people want

2. How do people want it to be presented

3. WHY? (why can be used in various different areas and ways and is truly the most important question )

4. How can u give them what they want , present it to them how they want and answer the whys better then everyone else.

Even down to the management of employees is basic common sense.

As you venture deeper into your business journey open your eyes more to the WHYs of the world , listen to people more , and be a decent human being in the process and it will almost guarantee u a spot at the top . Dont focus on being "smarter" focus on being more observant . Common Sense is key

Agreed.

Street smart beats book smart.

(Street smart employs book smart probably!)

Now why is common sense so damn uncommon?

That's great to hear. I'm delighted they helped simplify things for you.

If people spent more time doing and then thinking about what they've done, rather than thinking about what they're going to do, there'd be less people "stuck".

"Tell me what you've done and I'll tell you who you are."
