Book recommendations for good english grammar

I am new to copywriting and writing in general. Can I get some recommendations of books that could teach me good english (US/UK) grammar and how to write good sentences,paragraphs etc ? Thanks in advance.

He mentions the Gary Halbert thread. There are a bunch of books in there. Some great, some not so.

Something you can do daily is read newspapers that are more advanced. This article discusses reading levels of several US daily papers.

Generally, reading anything at or above your reading level should help. Take time to look up words you don't know.
