    The only thing is - it's not about small clients it's about time-consuming, not paying clients. This way neither of the parties is satisfied and I believe they don't refer. I am totally okay with small clients.

    I use QuickBooks to generate the invoices. It is best as it takes care of your accounting as well as invoicing. However, there are lots of free or cheap tools in the market. You will find so many good apps available on App Sumo.
