    You don’t want to do this in a Roth. You can’t use the cashflow anyway. You don’t want to be making low yields in there. Thats where you want the high returns from stocks going up. I think index funds are fine for your Roth.

    SIDE HUSTLE AIRBNB QUESTION 
    The manager manages the repairs and cleaning, then bills you for them. You pay everything for the house. They get a commission based on the nightly rates. The only expenses your manage might incur are the Airbnb, Vrbo listing fees. But some managers pass that charge back to you also.

    I hate it be that snob, but I’m not flying anywhere over 5 hours now if it’s not business class. Yes, it’s absolutely worth the 5x in price, if you get lie flat seats. And also the food and lounges are great too. But the main perk is getting a good night’s sleep on the plane.
