My name's Evan and I'm brand new in here... sort of.
I just decided to become a member recently as I'm reading TMF the second time around. I really wanted to be part of this community and take it as the valuable asset it is.
I read The Millionaire Fastlane about a year or ago and it's affected almost every aspect in my business and life.
I have witnessed the fundamental beliefs and changes take place since I've applied them in business.
When I was 20.5 (lol), I quit college and moved across the world by myself with a suitcase. I just learned a few months prior that Chiang Mai had tons of "digital nomads" working and traveling and I knew I needed to get out there and network with them so I could start killing it also.
I quickly applied the adding value mind frame, which surprisingly was just not in my head at first, the Fastlane business strategies, and the CENTS commandments, and more.
At first, I was able to establish $1000+ passive income in a drop-shipping niche site which gave me my foundation. Obviously this is small play, but it proved to me what was possible. I was able to sell that business shortly after, and it really is what taught me a wide self-education about online business. I learned a background of SEO, rankings, social media, copywriting, advertising, content, and marketing.
I then began importing my own product by private label from China, and have been working on that brand and scaling it with more products and better numbers, my net worth and cash flow have increased accordingly, directly proportionate to the value I offer and needs that I fill. Later on, I reached $2k, and my biggest profit month was around $4k (90% passive) so far. Try not to laugh; I'm growing haha! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will smash the $100k/mo. levels and wherever beyond that I choose to take it.
This path is also what led me to also be time/financially free enough to start my blog Motiveinmotion.com which has helped me inspire and educate other millennials about concepts that can change their lives as well. (Content/Distribution System, Fastlane)
I'm building my personal brand in that area, which is exciting for me because of the potential for reaching so many millions, doing exactly what I want and serving existing needs. What specifically fascinates me is the mindset game, self-talk, planning and executing, and keeping drive in your forefront so you can focus.
I'm very thankful to MJ for writing the book, because I've been able to build exactly what I want on my own free schedule, make passive income, travel, and plot out my next years.
I just turned 22 a couple weeks back, and I will continue to plan out and scale my businesses and life according to goals I want to smash, and help others with their self-growth and full potential, which is the bigger picture. I never knew I could be doing exactly what I wanted to do already and have such a clear mind frame for the future, and focus on the best value player that I can be in this game of life.
