It is easier. With the internet and extremely low barriers to entry within certain markets, it is easier than any other time in history for the "common man" to attain wealth.

There's a guy, literally hundreds of them, wondering how lucky you're, because you have vision to read, ears to hear and are able to talk.

I used to envy people, now I don't. We all have battles to fight - although it often looks otherwise until you start scratching the surface...

Yep - I work in that milieu and unless you're extremely blessed/lucky (whatever your spiritual vibe is) you'd be alarmed at the stories of youngsters who have everything/know the value of nothing/divorces/addictions. Just look at the Tetra Pak family bio for the perfect example of money per se doesn't make you happy! It gives you choices; my favourite saying about wealth is from a British socialite in the 1960s: it's easier to be depressed in a Jaguar than on a bus! She speaks the truth...
