I haven't been on here in quite some time. I've been hyper focused on building my business and after 18 months, so far so good. So what's my business? What is the problem I am solving? Here it is:
Let me start by going back about 10 years ago. I owned my own small electronics repair company and was just getting started. Always trying to be cutting edge I decided to put all my cash into a website. Electronics, website, seemed to go together like peanut butter and jelly. Or so I thought. I hired a local web designer, paid roughly $5,000 and after 6 months, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. I contacted the guy and his response was "Hey, I built the website, I did what I was supposed to!" Hmmm....
I'm not one to just throw money away and I HAD to make this website work. I dug in and figured out how SEO worked and sure enough, the calls started to come in.
All this time I figured there had to be a better way for local businesses to get started online. Sure there are free options but, let's face it, they suck and unless your creative, the website will be horrible AND not generate any traffic. The other option you have is to pony up serious bucks and you'll get a beautiful website but, like I did, likely no traffic.
The biggest expense in web design is labor. Hosting is cheap, domains are cheap nearly everything needed to get online nowadays is cheap. So what's my solution?
I've figured out a way to offer search optimized websites for as little as $348 a year. That's just $29 a month. These are beautiful, optimized, fully functional websites. I won't divulge 'how' I do it but, the response so far has been absolutely amazing!
