$200 Gift Cards for Only 50 Cents each... How to Leverage This?

I think this is a potential fastlane money maker and I need your advice, opinions, and/or direction:

I have an opportunity to purchase $200 gift cards for an online fitness equipment retailer for only 50 cents each. Here is why the company is willing to do this. They will break even if people use the gift cards. Everything has a $200+ profit margin. So its free marketing if someone else distributes the gift cards, and they will profit if people buy products with a profit margin higher than $200 or buy several products.

Here is the potential fastlane business:

I can buy as many $200 gift cards as I want, as long as I pay for the production of the gift cards - which is around 50 cents. What is the best way to make money with these gift cards? Here are my ideas:

1) Sell them to schools and clubs to use as a fundraiser.

2) Sell them to small businesses like health food stores/salons/etc to offer as an incentive to get people to spend more money. For example, spend $50 or more and get a free $200 gift card for fitness equipment at website.com.

3) Sell them to a big restaurant chain like Subway. They can run a promotion where you buy a certain "healthy" sandwich and get a free $200 gift card for fitness equipment at website.com.

4) Build a website promoting affiliate products. Offer the $200 gift card as a bonus of people purchase through my affiliate link.
