Hey everyone! (22.5 years old!! Honestly, this wasn't a traffic grab!)
After stumbling upon MJ's blog posts and the forum I was thirsty enough to purchase the book. First book I have ever actually bought.
My entire life there hasn't been a career that I want, I just wanted to get rich, I wanted to create. As I worked in a low level retail job for the past 4 years and entered the hamster wheel I forgot what mattered in life and I lived for my low budgeted days off, buying a new vehicle, and constantly paying off a slow stream of debt from instant pleasures such as partying and buying gadgets.
I had bad grades in school and I just didn't have interest in anything enough to pursue school so I just kept working, no goals in sight.
Reading the book felt like it made a permanent change on me, permanent change being something that doesn't feel to ever happen. A refreshing breath of fresh air, one that I haven't taken in years.
I have no ties, no money but no debt. I have above average computer skills and did dabble in internet marketing years back, so I know my way around. I have a passion for business and I feel I either have to work all day or play all day, nothing in between.
My job burns me out to the point I have no energy left on my days off or after work and get horrible seasonal depression. I don't know if it is the incessant rain or I'm just blaming depression from my job on it.
Regardless, I have come up with some goals that will be completed , which I will post in the appropriate forum.
It's safe to say the white flame as been ignited and I look forward to sharing my progress with this community.
