July 1st to 7th Week Review
I'm going to be a commercial pilot!
I got the acceptance letter a week after finishing my first airline assessment. Once I start working, I should easily surpass my goal of £3000/month.
Of course, this is the definition of a slowlane job, but getting this job does a few things for me:
- I will have an income to be financially independent.
- I will start acquiring experience on large jet aircraft, after 1500 hours (achievable in <2 years). I'll have a full Airline Transport Pilot's license (ATPL). Which will put me in a great position to move up to jobs paying six-figures and above or become a contract pilot for private jets.
- I will start learning about aviation really in-depth and be in a good position to discover large needs in the industry.
I won't be stopping on entrepreneurship, and will continue working towards growing my business.
Freelance: Closed a website deal for a racing team. I charged a low price to get the sale (I estimate $650 after costs)
Online Business: Continued working on bug fixes. It's been a real challenge developing a web app, but I'm making progress.
July 8th to 14th Week
Week off (kind of)
I have a road trip in Europe with family across several countries. I will be reading books and using my spare time to take a broad look at my life and business. I'll use this time to plan out my key objectives and most important activities for the coming weeks.
