Hi everybody,
I am 27 and from Belgium.
(explains my written english)
i have 2 small kids (0 and 2)
I own a small window cleaning business (me and my younger brother works for me). for 3 years now.
I already survived the first years in business. and we generate now 10.000 in revenue each month.
I really want to step up to the next level. and systematize my business.

yours is very insightfull and practical.
when you listen to the many other business books it makes you forget what is important first. Sell a need to the customer and make the right amount off money.
Because that is the true road to freedom.
