After some time, I have finally developed what QuickLance Firms should be: a web design firm that serves both the web designers and its customers beyond expectations.
It took quite a while for me to consider that but niching it down has lifting a lot of the burden of my back.
Now, my questions reside in three categories.
Services (What services do web designers offer to their customers?)
Price (How much do these services tend to cost?)
Markets (Who is looking for the web designer and why?)
Yes, these are very simplistic questions; but by asking these three questions, we will have a much clearer path to hitting the ground running.
