I have made several habits myself by doing 30 day experiments. My exercise habits have been with me since 7 years now. I have done some 30 day experiments with my exercise habits during those years as well. Works like a charm.

I have done several diet experiments, all of them 30 day long. I have still not tried eating only fruit or only vegetables or only chocolate, but they are on the list of to-do's. But as they say: one thing at a time.
