(5 day rest working 2 days) per week : New guy from Singapore

Hi ,
my name is William from Singapore.

I am a self employed tuition teacher running my home-based mathematics and accounting
tuition business.

Basically how i achieved what i claim in my title is that

I teach my students on Saturday and Sundays in back to back classes ( 6 classes on Sat and 4 classes on Sun)
and take my rest between Monday to Friday during weekdays.

I been teaching mathematics tuition for the past 10 years and but have really just gone full time in end of 2011
since quitting my job as a finance executive at an insurance company.

So I am still relatively new in my industry.

I have read Fastlane Book in end August this year when i saw someone share about it at another forum,
it really struck me to redesign my schedule ,so that I get a new 5 days rest for 2 days work equation instead of the deal that the majority working class in my country are striving for.

Therefore within the months of Aug and Sept,I managed to talk to the parents and convert all my teaching assignments to based at my home and on the weekends so I can cut down on travelling time and save my weekdays for rest. (*** I still teach at a external center on Tuesdays but that's just for experience to learn how to setup my center in future)

With all the time available to me , I plan to continue learning how to build systems to fastlane my wealth equation,

I plan to use my weekdays for 3 things currently :

1) my next 12 months plans is to work either on a new business idea ( making ecommerce websites or any ideas i can learn here) if i do start a website, my aim for each website is to make $200 monthly profit and once i have a solid one
I will replicate the efforts to another 10 websites and outsource it to a virtual assistant to automate the process.

2) Spend more time with my wife and daughter, especially my daughter as i feel a need to invest my time in "being there" for her through her childhood years (she's 5 and full of energy!) - being around on weekdays and not being in the office allows me to bring her out to picnics and cycling trips when in my old job I would be tied up in office and just miss her growing up years. The extra rest days also allows me to do something together with my wife, going gym, spending more couple time together

3) Develop and plan for expansion of my tuition business. Recruitment and Marketing through local banners and flyers and newspaper advertisements. - I have 19 students currently and about average of 2 students per class.

My next 12 months plans starting from Dec 2012( recruitment month)

is to have 60 students and 6 students per class therefore tripling my income with my expenses only increasing marginally from newspaper advertising and local neighbourhood banners.

I would be lurking and hopefully researching and posting some questions and queries in the forum on how viable the website businesses can be, especially when I am not in the US, will everything that is being shared here be as applicable?
