well if you have a business that requires manpower the most obvious yet hardest thing to do is hiring people, else you'll burn out quickly and your health will get compromised. I was obsessed with keeping profit super high and postponed hiring, but after a certain point I felt "rich enough" to start re-investing the profit into hiring some people to get back my time and health. It was worth it.

The problem with many people who start from the bottom is scarcity mindset, they believe that every penny must be saved so hiring people feels tough because you're giving away your hard earned money without a guarantee that this will keep making money. It's a stubborn mindset to get rid of.

I am fighting with this everyday. But hiring is the thing that solved my problems and enabled me to focus on growth and not work. Still is hard when you have to pay
