I came up with a great idea for my first app last night. I immediately started writing down ideas on a brainstorming sheet. The idea is not unique but it has never been implemented in this way. It is going to be a subscription based app across Android, iPod, iPad, and internet. I am not sure where to begin though. I was thinking the order should be something like this:

1. Develop website.
2. Develop Apps.
3. Develop Database in the cloud to link all together. (Do these 3 have to be done simultaneously?)
4. Consult lawyer and accountant.
5. Register company as LLC (pain in the a$$ in NY, otherwise it would be first).
6. Set up pay model.
7. Beta test.
8. Go live.
9. Market through various mediums.
10. Rake in dough.

Money is a bit tight right now so I wanted to get the less expensive things out of the way first.

Is there anything I am missing? Do I have it in about the right order? Any help would be great.

P.S. - Any recommendations to lawyers who deal with these types of businesses?

Thanks.
