Im wondering if anyone knows a company that will do research on another company?
Lets use the example of Girls Gone Wild.
We see them on tv, but maybe they use direct mail as well. Are they using a large fulfillment company or their own in house salesmen, how are the sales structured?
I am not asking this question to anyone i am just using an example.
When i see things running many times on TV or being sent in the mail i call or respond, ive actually got a second phone because of this, many of them will sell your info. I do this just to see how the operation works.
I have learned so much from all of this but there is no way for me to get more information. Any companies that will dig this info up?
Ideal situation would be if they could give numbers such as:
They spend X amount of dollars on television ads
They spend X amount on direct mail/lists every year
They spend x amount on employees
And finally if they could give a response rate for all of these that would really help.
i do not care about any of their products or how/where they are made, just where and how they market.
