Hey everybody.
I want to introduce myself to you and tell a little bit of my story (well, basically only the business related stuff).
My Name is Jens from Germany
I started my career as an industry mechanics with a lot of dirty work, which I technically never liked so much. Well, it gave me money and a "save" job. During my free time I detailed (polishing and refurbishing cars). As I always had the spirit to achieve "more" from live, I decided to start an ecommerce store for car detailing products (beside to my Job)
, I wanted to be the next Meguiars or Sonax. My next action was importing some chemical cleaner from china (well, I never really informed myself about certificates and security etc...would never do it again) as a private label and created an online store and sold some by facebook and at the store.
Well, Amazon FBA was my next step, I listed the products @Amz , but no really sales without PPC.
With PPC added I was at break even or some losses.
My big learnings were:
Basically, I still have some stock on these chemicals and lost a lot of money. I am not really sure if I bury this car detailing idea and end this project (and do another business with my new learnings) or keep on track, pull these products from the market and restart the business from scratch.

- Product: Inform your F*cking self before importing some shitty product, this security thing is HUGE
- Product: A product without a "wow" is crap.
- Pricing: Do not burn money blind...
- Advertising: Learn how to get traffic.
- Drive: Stay the . F*ck. at one idea. Do not jump between bullshit.
