i have a number of revenue streams on my site and at least 3 of them require accepting monthly payments. So this brings me to a a few questions I for the more experienced people here.
1. Can i just accept payments monthly? or do I need some sort of terms and conditions for the individual to read prior to clicking submit. I want the user to be automatically billed each month (they of course have the ability to opt-out of payments at any time).
2. If I need some sort of terms and conditions which stats that their bank account/card will be automatically charged, then is anyone aware of a site that has template terms and conditions for this?
3. I am playing around with the idea of using contracts (i.e. 1 year, 2 year deals +), The main reason for this is because people tend to be more proactive when they fill out a contract (i.e. the relationship between commitment & consistency). Is there any sort of service online that helps a business develop and maintain point of sale contracts?
