* develop habits of success (warren buffet)
* see opportunities that others don't
* take risk. step out of your comfort zone
* do things very BIG (large scale)
not 1 house, not 10 houses, but 1000 houses
* work all the time
* harder you work, the luckier you will be
* always be growing & competing, don't rest on your laurels
* people remember what you did well, not your mistakes
* create a product/service that you can imagine every business or
consumer using, so that you can scale up really big.
* go into a business that has a large profit margin, not slim
* the harder it is to get into, the bigger the opportunity
* what fear is stopping you? What if you could unleash all your greatness?
* don't allow anyone to tell you your dreams aren't possible
* punishing failure encourages mediocrity. don't do that.
* talk to people (customers) face to face to get a better understanding
* put more money/effort into making a great product than into marketing
* a product needs to be very superior to punch through the competition
* just do things different. Do things the way other people don't do them.
Change the status quo and you'll succeed.
