Hi everyone,
Yes that's my real name, Rusty and I'm from Hawaii on the Garden Island. Just to share a few of my online experience and how I got to be where I am today. I started back in the early 90's with those slow as a turtle IBM machines that at times would get screamed at for being so darn slow or would just freeze up. lol
I tapped into the world of imports/exports to currency and bond trading which all have failed due to BS buyers and sellers so out I go and into MLM, selling KM health products to joining Free Life selling pamphlets (what was I thinking) made some money and I use that term very lightly.
Then went through the 9-5 job phase for awhile then to working with Mike Chen of Instantbuzz in which Mike Filsaime later took over then did some affiliate marketing.
At the same time learning web development hands-on action then into SEO development and so on so forth until I got into Domaining then everything changed from there (DNF and NP member) made a few sales during the years, closed nice deals along the way and still buying/selling.
And through all these years I've established myself as an experienced web developer, seo and marketing advisor (I hate the word "expert" or "guru") as I'm not. Now into Social and Mobile marketing. I'm the all of trades guy. :smxB:
But after all of this, I read MJ's book and I found the gem of knowledge I've been wanting to know for years to questions I used to ask myself, "why am I not where I want to be?." or "why is this person who just started makes more sales than me" and so on ... and reading through MJ's book really open my eyes as to why, how and where. And I'm not even half way done of reading it plus I may be reading it over and over again. Hey MJ, Thanks for the book, The Millionaires Fastlane.
