Well, I have not post anything else but the usual first greeting and self introduction. But I have been reading all the threads and some are very useful. That´s how we got organized to start up this idea we had.
So this is my situation, my partner and I started a business a couple of months ago, and we have done most of the work. We have invested 5k and we are ready to start, we have the bank accounts, the office, our business cards, our website (is going to be up and running in a few days) Licenses, and tramits, we have our own legal department to back us up, and is only her and I putting all the effort into this.
Our business is located in Los Cabos, B.C.S. and our main activity is to provide legal and consulting services to yacht owners such as permits, licenses for captains and crew, boat mantainance and finacial support and administration (most of our clients are from USA or Canada).
We heard from first hand the void there was in the professional services regarding all about boats. And we decided to provide the services.
So we are very succesful so far.
Now my issue is, that this is taking a bit too long.
And we have a good oportunity to take over a tour provider company, this agency would like to hand us over two small catamarans, and we know what to do with them and how to make money with them, we are thinking at least 20k monthly.(running at least two trips daily
Now is not all a ride in the park, the biggest catmaran is around 60 ft. and needs repairs and a lotta love (this is the most common answer from everybody that has come see her.)
So we need good ideas of how to raise some money to get her going soon and start making some money fast.
I have read threads about it and I would say the ones about selling stuff from one country to another is a bit difficult for us. Also, we do not want any bank loan or anything like it.
Right now we are looking to find sources of info to find that smaller businnes activity that can give us some revenue to be able to fix our Vessel.
